Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Glenfield Pharmacy, we strive to provide high-quality healthcare products and services. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item or cancel an order. Below are our policies for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Prescription Medications
By law, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications once they have been dispensed, unless there is a manufacturing fault or dispensing error.
If you believe there is an issue with your medication (e.g., wrong item, damaged packaging, or expired product), please contact us immediately at:

For safety reasons, we may require you to return the medication to our pharmacy for inspection.
2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medicines & Healthcare Products
Unopened & Unused Products: You may return these within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty Products: If an item is defective, please return it with proof of purchase, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
3. Online Orders (Non-Prescription Items)
Cancelling Before Dispatch: If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
Returning After Delivery:
You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
4. Perishable & Personalised Items
Perishable goods (e.g., certain supplements) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Personalised items (e.g., bespoke medical aids) are non-refundable unless defective.
5. How to Return an Item

Pack Securely: Include the original receipt and reason for return.
Return In-Store or by Post:
In-Store: Bring the item to Glenfield Pharmacy Ltd, 111 Station Road, Glenfield, LE3 8GS.
By Post: Send to Glenfield Pharmacy Ltd, 111 Station Road, Glenfield, LE3 8GS.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
If returning in-store, refunds may be processed immediately.
7. Exceptions
Sale/clearance items may be non-refundable unless faulty (this will be stated at purchase).
NHS prescriptions cannot be refunded once dispensed.
